Our package included an ocean view room in the newly rennovated tower along with breakfast for 2 each morning and an economy rental car for $323 a night with resort fees inclusive. Children 11 and under eat free for breakfast. There is a $10 self parking fee or a $15 valet parking fee per day.

Sounds like you had a wonderful trip. We did go to the garden of eden in 2001 and it cost us $5 per person. Wonder what that was aboutwith them telling you $20/person! I just looked at their webpage, and it says $10 per person. It is beautiful there, and you can spend hours site seeing.

Planning my first trip to Lahaina, HI soon and am staying at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel where I know a friend that works there. It is nice to know ahead of time about how much flight and hotel costs are so you can plan ahead on things for your trip. Brian at the welcome center was helpful along with a friend that works at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel.I plan on takeing loads of pictures to bring back.
