The last time I went to the United Kingdom in 2005, I spent most of my time in Manchester, Newcastle, and York. Doing so, I pretty much missed the entire southern half of both the country and the nation. This time, I'm using my semi-annual football trip to see the south during the off days.
Do the London Walks without fail - if you get Tom, you wont be sorry - its unforgettable! Also do the verger tour of Westminster & St. Pauls Cathedral - these are the must dos in London! British Museum & the V& A Museum are also gems! Enjoy!
Thanks. The London Walks were amazing. I did three. I did the DaVinci Code, the East End, and the British Museum. The British Museum one was sort of boring as the guide was stuffy but the other two were amazing.
i have gone through this writeup and the pictorial representation . it is very interesting, eye-catching and captivating . i will be delighted to experience this tour. please let me know how to go about it.
omg well i want to go there for my AMAZING SOCCER TEAM we have won state 10 times!!!! so i think i would also like to see the one catherdrail or watever itsa called!
Dustin and Lori: Food was pretty expensive. I'd say about $35.00 a day (about 17 pounds) on average but a couple of nights were well over $40.00 (20 pounds) for dinner alone. Food is, on average, the same amount of money it is over here but with the conversion rate, it's twice as much a meal.
i would like to join u soon
