You might consider taking a ferry from Darling Harbour out to Watson's Bay....there is a great restaurant there called Doyle's (the same restaurant is located in the Darling Harbour area). They are open for lunch and dinner but the ferry stops running early so lunch is the best time to visit. This is a great way to see the Opera House, Bridge and the Harbour.
