Cabo Wabo

Hi. My husband, 3 kids and I are going to Cabo in April and staying in the marina fiesta. I just had 2 questions: 1) We have not booked transportation from the airport to the hotel. Can we do this on the fly and how much should we expect to pay? (The hotel is offering $20/pp. $100 seems too much!) and 2) I love nature and hikes. Are there any good places to enjoy that kind of stuff close by? Thanks!

My husband and I have been to several spots in Mexico. We love cabo because it's a quick flight (from CA) and priced right. We are Sammy Hagar fans and can't get enough of the music at the Cabo Wabo.We've seen Sammy rock so many times at his bar, and he never dissapoints!We've stayed at the RIU Santa Fe the last few trips.Booked it through AppleVacations,your round trip from airport to hotel and back is included, and the service on both end of booking/hotel has been great.I'm not one to comment on food, let's face it, if I'm off for a week, and don't have to cook, or clean up after the family all is good.And endless drinks never hurts.Mi Casa, and Panchoes are exellent resturants in town, and the taco bar behind the Cabo Wabo is a grat deal.2 tacos/ 2 Beers $5.00! Relax, your on vacation!

I need some advise or suggestions please.
My boyfriend is living in Italy and I am living in Japan.
We thought of meeting at mid point for a week or 2 vacation early next year 2010.
Can anyone kindly give us some ideas of places that we can go.

The Cabo Wabo Cantina has generated enormous curiosity from the day it opened. At first, it was because of the time and place.
In 1990, Cabo San Lucas was pretty small for such an elaborate nightclub. Later, when this town at the tip of Baja California grew into the prominent vacation destination that it is today, it seemed as if I had looked into a crystal ball.
