The Lakes are getting together again for a week in the sun to celebrate Robin's 65th. We found a place where kids and adults alike can go crazy doing outdoor activities and relaxing, and where those with work obligations can pop in when it pleases them!
I feel the stairs in the resort are unsafe. The railing stops as you make the turn to finish the final 3 steps. On these three steps is decorative knots. So when you step down and hit the knots onthe stairs, it throws you off into the tiled living room floors. I fractured my hip and had to have surgery in Punta Cana. I had a rod and 8 pins put in. It was very painful. I feel the resort is somewhat responsible for this. They don't think so and haven't responded to any of this. I would never stay there again.
My wife and I stayed at the Palladium Resort and Spa. We had a unit with a loft. My wife fell down the stairs on the first morning. Unsafe stairway as it was. We didn't enjoy our stay at all. The resort shares no responsibility in the accident. My advice is to inspect the unit you are staying in very closely.
i would like to go to the Punta cana maybe next february when it's gets very cool on winter in newyork city. I have my daughter godfather who live in the Punta cana that tells me a lot about the goodness over there. hope see it myself next february.
I'v been to the Punta Cana and just about all the places on there East coast and all I can say is that it was so nasty drity and there was so much trash the locals dont know how to drive the only Place that was nice was Cayo Levanatado
Going to stay at Dreams all inclusive resort in punta cana in august- is this a safe place to eat and drink? I have heard that the bottled water is not safe either- I certainly don't want to be scared tp death to enjoy my vacation because of food. What about taking medicine for malaria?
I'm planning on going to Punta Cana and staying at the Gran Bahia Principe Ambar, All inclusive 6, Adults only 6 star hotel for our honeymoon at the beginning of July. I was wondering if it is worth going, and if anyone could give us any advice or any types of tips. Also, Do you recommend going anywhere in particular? Thanks for everyone's advice!
