Hi, On week ends, it is very crowded nand most of the crowd is drunk and very rowdy. So avoid week ends On week day if you go by morning and leave from their before it gets dark then it is fine Best (and safe too )choice will be to stay at MTDC resort. I will recommend goin as a Group
We are planning to go to malshej in group on weekend as we have holiday on that day. After reading ur comments I want to make sure everything would be fine as we have same number of girls and boys. There is no option as we all cant take leave on same day.
