We went to Phillippines on Christmas time last year, that's the best time to go there. Christmas is a very long holiday there. It starts in the bEr..months. In other words, September is the beginning of the holiday. And the weather is best during December. You should go to Laoag, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. You could take the plane from Manila to Laoag, it's only one hour flight. And Shopping is the best part....The biggest mall in Asia is in Manila. Food is very very good....yummmmmm........
