I'm taking my little sister to Canada for her 18th birthday and we just want to have a great time, go dancing, drinking, site seeing, and of course shopping. Her last two birthdays have been horrible and I just want to have a great time no matter what we do, so if any one has any suggestions so I can make sure this is the best birthday of her life I'd really appreciate it. We'd like to go to Quebec City but any suggestions close to there are more then welcome. Thanks
