You could go hiking at Discovery Park. From the lighthouse within the park you can see both Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker on a really clear day.
Kerry Park – beautiful view of Seattle and Mt. Rainier on a clear day. I prefer this to the Space Needle.
Walk (or rent bikes) along Alki Beach in West Seattle.
A ferris wheel down along the pier is currently under construction. That could be fun if it is finished when you visit.
Watch sea planes land and take off from Gasworks park.
The Seattle Underground Tour is kinda fun as well.
