Still in the planning phase. Getting there.
Right now planning on 3-4 days in Prague, 1-2 days in Krakow, 2 days in Budapest and 3 days in Vienna (maybe a day trip to Graz) and then return to Prague.

You're blowing through it. Have you included the travel time? And 1-2 days for Krakow?? It's going to take you that long just to walk from your hotel to the main market square! I'm not sure you'll even have time to properly visit the square, let alone say Wawel Castle, St. Mary's basilica or the Planty. There's no reason those shouldn't be on your list!

I'm not even going to mention all the museums, since those alone eat up 1/2 or 1 day each. Just remember, Leonardo's "Lady with an Ermine" is housed in the Czartoryski Museum. And you're missing it!
