I enjoyed your commentary, esp. Harrolds. How many times have you been back to London?

Per RM:
It looks like you have a very ambitious schedule already. Here are a few
suggestions:
London:
1) Ride the 'hop on' 'hop off' bus for a tour of London day or night
2) Go to Rules Restaurant in Convent Gardens. London's oldest restaurant.
Amsterdam:
1) Rijksmuseum...enjoy Rembrandt's Night Watch.
2) Go to the Van Gogh museum
Florence:
1) Go to the Uffuzi Museum. See Botticelli's 'Birth of Venus' my all time favorite painting.
Vienna:
1) Go to Schonbrunn Palace. An absolute must. Eat lots of pastry. Try a sacher tort. Eat some wienerschnitzle (it's not a hot dog)

I would recommend London Eye for evening. Lights are spectacular at night. The London Eye is near Big Ben and the river. For daytime in London you must take the "Red Bus" tour. You buy ticket for the day and then you can stop and go anytime, anywhere, in the city. Stay on bus or get off and do whatever sight seeing you want. Museums and gardens are all free. Your dinner cruse sounds great. Got to go, will check back for info on other cities soon. I am very excited for you. love mom
