Tbilisi 's New Terminal is much bigger then the old one. It is bigger with lots of space to hang out and food outlets to have some nice meal.
It has high celling on every floor and looks huge. Departures lounge is based on Ground floor with check in desks, Airline Tickets offices and Information point. there is a facility for lift and escalator for first floor where departure gates and Tax Free shops are based.
There is a Fast food Outlet by "Burger King" called "Burger City", 3 Tax free shops, cafe, and passport control. design is futuristic and modern, with waterfall and some trees around.
Clean place and friendly and helpful staff. Only Passport control was a bit of adventure as the girl who checked my passport start asking some silly questions just to show that she is doing some serious job, it was well funny after i thought about her asking me if i was happy with the Georgia and if i would come back soon .
Food in the airport - I had a chance to buy Georgian wine there which was really nice as i did not had much time on my last day to do some shopping.
I had a drink in business lounge bar, and it was well served and prices were cheap compare to any other airport Business lounge bar.
Gate took me straight to the plain with the funky glass bridge British Airways plane was parked horrible as hey had problems loading entertainment so this was the time when i got bored.
Arrivals, well clean modern with Plasma TV information screens around the luggage tray.
It was a new and well designed building and i am happy that Tbilisi has a better terminal from Now
