Vegas was one of the most memorable places of my life. I'm a very independant control freak and like to do things on my own. So I used yahoo trips to plan every last detail of our 3 day trip to Vegas and man we definitely made the most of this place and kept the expenses extremely low. We are probably one of the very few who didn't go to Vegas to gamble but just enjoy the place. The shuttle service from the airport was the most convenient thing since it dropped us off at the Circus Circus Hotel we were staying at. Most people should refrain from buying a round trip if ure travelling in groups since you might get late getting back to the airport. Its better to get a one way ticket. Once u get to your hotel try and use the hop on hop off buses that run along the strip. They're available as one day passes for 5 dollars and are very convenient to go around. Circus Circus is a maze once u go in and I still kept getting lost even on day 3 of my trip but its very affordable. I reserved the room on their website. I clicked on an ad that said I had seen their ad on tv which gave me an additional discount and I managed to get the room for 35 bucks a night. 3 days is perfect to see almost all the hotels on the strip, watch an IMAX show at Luxor, watch a Les Follies Berger at half price at Tropicana and even get to do a grand canyon tour by plane (Reserved a week b4 at 100 bucks per head and worth it. Shuttle picks u up from hotel and drops u back, all inclusive) . (There are ticket stalls opposite circus circus that sell half price show tickets. ) The Venetian was breath taking and definitely the highlight. Vegas was a just an amazing trip!
