I would like to know if this is a place for fishing, hiking, horse riding, and camp grounds, i would like to bring a tent and camp, along with white water rafting..?

Call the State Tourism Office. I know North Carolina published a special book listing all of the State's attractions advising on handicap provisions. I'm sure most state tourism offices have similar publications.
