I enjoyed reading about your trip. I found Montreal's famous hill, Mont-Royal, fascinating. I loved your photos of the architecture of homes in the Plateau Mont-Royal district.
Aways wanted to go to Canada, but didn't think anything about Montreal Got there on July 5th just in time for your Jazz Festival,what a treat it was. Will return in 2009with friends of ours as a special treat for them, since they love jazz too.
Went to Montreal in 2003. Didn't really know anything about this cityIjust wanted to go to Canada. Got there on July 5th just in time to see stages being put up. Still didn't know what was up,but my word what a good time we had. LOOKING FOR ROOMS NOW FOR 2009. Will be bringing another couple with us this year for a special treat for them to enjoy the Jazz Festival.
