Europe on interrail!!

The time is 8:02 local time - which is 7 at home....after 3 nights here we're now off to Krakow. Berlin has been awesome so far (can't upload pictures yet, will do it in Krakow). Did the usual pub crawl (will spare you all the gory details as my parents can view this site - hello mum, dad...i'm behaving myself!) but leave me to say...wicko was the reckless one!!! :)

We've done the usual Bundestag/Reichstag, all the central stuff, brandenberg gate etc...and while me and wicko were on the pub crawl on saturday night we met some guys from northampton who we drunkenly promised to cycle to the Olympic Stadium with. Anyway, next morning...hangover aside we thought let's do it, all we had was a hostel name and we trekked across Berlin's metro system (we got fined 40 euros for having the wrong ticket...being english is no excuse) and wondered into a hostel the size of a hotel trying to find 4 people - oddly enough they were the only people in the lobby...and i think they generally looked scared to see us! Still we hired some bikes and cycled right across Berlin, completely underestimating how long it would take us (3 hours there)!! Stadium was amazing, absolutely love the design here...we did make it just in time (ten mins before closing) and then decided to get the tube back.

So we're up early and about to tube it over to the main station for a 9 hour train journey to Krakow!!

Yeah baby.
