I actually use to live in Boston and Minneapolis. Duluth is very pretty in the fall. However if you will be in Minneapolis there is a park called Minnehaha Falls and it is very nice and you can take a romantic stroll along the water falls.

After leaving Minneapolis 23 years ago, we are back for the summer and enjoying every day. Among our old haunts that haven't lost their charm are; Lake Harriet and the band concerts held every evening (as well as several other sites around town), the nearby Rose Garden, Jucy Lucy's at Matt's Bar and Grill (frequently topping the 'Best Burger' list for the city,) the Minnesota Arboreteum in Chaska, Minnehaha Falls, as well as the walks and bike rides on the Grand Round (lakes witihin the city) Turtle Sundaes at Bridgeman's in south Minneapollis and a new find, fish tacos at the Tin Fish on Lake Calhoun. Oh, and there's window shopping at the Galleria in Edina and, of course, a trip to the Mall of America.

Still on our 'to do' list are: the new Guthrie Theatre, Sommerfest at Orchestra Hall, a Twins game and day trips to New Prague and Stillwater.

Minneapollis is a city that can provide entertainment - and good eating - for even the tightest budget.

The weather can be great in the summer and there are many great things to do in the Twin Cities. Spend an entire day at the Mall of America, see a Twins Game, go to the Gutherie or Chanhassen. Go to the beach and enjoy swimming, fishing, and many more water activities. Enjoy the Twin Cities.

I use to live in Maplewood and my favorite place is Stillwater. Walk along the St. Croix River or shop at downtown Stillwater. A paddlewheel cruises up and down the St. Croix and can have buffet aboard. Como Park is nice to walk around and visit the small zoo there. Love the cheap hamburgers at Dick's Bar & Grill in Hudson, Wisc.

I have a friend in Mankato and another in Milwaukee. I'll land in Minneapolis and rent a car. Any suggestions for high lights between these three locations?
