Bus tour of Niagara wines - 2006
22 friends do a one day tour of the Niagara Ontario wine region.
Sat 06/03/06 (day 1)
A bad start
Woke up to pouring rain and it didn't stop. Rained all day.
Worse, the bus was late. I got the bus to skip the first pick-up to minimize the damage, and got the people from the first pick-up point to drive themselves to the second stop. Starting late is not good - you spend all day playing catch up.
Fortunately, things went more smoothly after that. All the wineries were good about accommodating our being late. And you can still drink when it is raining.
