A Day In Stanford
Hi everyone,
am writing this from Stanford University in Palo Alto,California. It's a very beautiful campus, so big (the 2nd biggest campus in the world) and beautiful- it took my breath away. It was built by Stanford parents whose son died while he was studying at Harvard University. It is so big you have to take buses to go around it and still to go to classes, students need to have bikes. It has a shopping center, some apartments, a lake, a stadium, a stunning church, a hospital, a train station, and the beautifully palm-lined streets
California's weather is almost like Indonesia's: like Batu in small cities- Palo Alto, San Jose and San Antonio.
Am on the way to backpack California, next stop: San Fransisco, Santa Cruz, Big Sur, Santa Barbara, San Diego, LA, and Las Vegas. Very excited about this solo backpacking trip, wish me luck, ok?
