This was a short trip to the Grand Canyon while en route from Las Vegas to Scottsdale, Arizona. There was plenty of time for catching the sunset and hiking into the canyon.

Hiking to Skeleton Point
ImageThis shot was taken at our final destination during a hike into the Grand Canyon from the south rim. The place is called "Skeleton Point" and overlooks the bottom of the canyon with glimpses of the Colorado river and Phantom Lodge Ranch.
