Day one
Carson City to Virginia City map
Day one we left for Virginia City at 7 a.m and got there at 8 a.m. It was a hour drive. 15 gallon tank, 30 mpg. It is a total of 15 miles. The first thing we do when we get there we go and eat breakfast at the Cafe Del Rio for 1 hour. Then we go and gamble at the bucket of blood saloon for 2 hours and then we go eat lunch at the Palace Saloon and restraunt. We then head out to the Chollar mine which is a 2 hour tour and is guided by a mine engineer. Finally we go and check into our hotel The Edith Palmers Country Inn and after that we go eat dinner at the Mandarin Garden Chinese food.
