Day 1 London


Arrived at London Heathrow 1:30pm local time. Gathered our bags and took shuttle to car rental facility. Changed arrangements and got a Kia Sorento AWD auto due to the seat height and easy entry/exit for Dad & Sissy.  Turned on my Tomtom. (couldn’t have made this trip work without GPS!) We made our way to the Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge, Surrey , learning how to drive as we went. Oh my what a posh place! Good thing Dad & Sissy got this with their bluegreen points! We ate takeaway from “Poppin’s”. (fish & chips)Image

Planning a trip with two ladies that have trouble walking and steps. Hope I can push them along to do some of these wonderful things you describe. Thanks for mentioning your meals,I found this interesting to know what's offered in other countries. Wish you had given info on admission, gas, hotel prices, etc.
