Celluloid screen movie stars in the sea, Duke Kanhanamoku surfing with President Roosevelt’s sons and child star Shirley Temple strumming a ukulele on the beach are unforgettable images. The program offers our guests of all ages a once in a lifetime experience to learn how to feed, communicate through hand signals, touch and the opportunity to swim with these extraordinary ocean mammals. Reservations are available thru the Moana Surfrider concierge desk. After spending some time with the dolphins, head up the East Coast of the Island to the Polynesian Cultural Center. An hour’s scenic drive from Waikiki, the 42 acre Polynesian Cultural Center brings to life the traditions, history and hospitality of seven Pacific cultures. The center’s interactive acitivities include; The Rainbows of Paradise canoe pageant, award-winning Ali’i Luau dinner and show and “Ha Breath of Life”, Hawaii’s newest ancient story with a cast of more than 100 performers.
