Thanksgiving in Iceland

Starting July 2009 IcelandAir offers nonstop service from Seattle to Reykjavik, making a short jaunt to Iceland way more doable.  Flight was 7 hours there, 8 hours back.  No frills (I'm used to free food, headphones, etc on overseas flights even though that's been discontinued for domestic flights.  IcelandAir charges for all of this) but you should try to sleep through the flight as much as possible anyway since you'll be arriving early am in Iceland and want to make the most of your day.
