The Trips Begins
Yeah, I know this is a little bit late, but I've been busy, "Lazy".
The first day went pretty smooth, minus a few hicups. The first place on my trip was Richmond, VA, which was about 4 hours from Fort Bragg, NC, the trip there was mostly uninventful, mostly because I have driven past there many times before.
I was suprised when I got to Richmond, they have a very strong conferate heritage, which I have no problem with. What really suprised was when I went into "The Museum of the Confederacy". I went in there a saw expcipts praising the on how brave the "white" soliders were verus the "black" workers. And how the right to own slaves was one of the rights they were fighting for. I only stayed for a few hours before heading out Washington D.C
I got to D.C later that afternoon, were I found and checked in to chep hotel, where I stayed the night.
