The most famous stunt is perhaps the face-changing, in which the performer can change the facial makeup in a split second on the stage, and the audience could enjoy the excitement to see snap changes. Foreign Street An entertainment and amusement park area northwest of Jiefangbei on the other side of the river and a bit north, where foreigners have been encouraged to set up shops Traffic Foreign Street is located at Nanan District, Chongqing . Starting from Jiefangbei, downtown of Chongqing , you can walk or take bus to Chaotianmen port, then catch the No.719 or take cable car cross Yangtze River , then transfer to the No.318, No.338, or No.719.it just takes about forty minutes.
Foreign Street, like an exotic realm of fairy tales, is well known for its western flavor. There are two parallel sight-seeing roads along the whole street, on both sides of which are various buildings, and each of them is unique. A stroll will take you through a Japanese village, a Korean neighhood, and a European riverside walk with horse drawn carriages. Some of these buildings have three layers at most, while most are cabins. Between the two roads is a manmade canal. Waters comes from the Yangtze River, while the name of it is the River of San Antonio . There are even 32 “world famous bridges” upon it. Also with an unfinished church next to it, the “Golden Hall” here provides people a perfect place to hold a western wedding. They build a spiral Lombard Street on the riverside. You can even enjoy the sweet embrace in the wind on the bow of a mock Titanic.

Chongqing Jiefangbei Financial Street currently under construction is
located in Chongqing Jiefangbei CBD. This area is built as the
economic center, and core zone of the financial center along the upper reaches of Yangtze River. It is the concentration place of financial industries with, over 90% of foreign banks, commercial bank branches and all policy bank branches in Chongqing. It also has assembled 75% of the insurance companies, securities institutions as well as 50% of security businesses and financial intermediation agencies.
The Financial Street covers an area of 70,000 square meters, with a total building area of about 1,000,000 square meters. Its design and planning is carried out by the American KPF company. The street block construction aims to create the "Western Wall Street" of China as the goal, which will form a service-oriented financial industry platform and headquarter economic platform developing high-grade financial business as its characteristics. The street will be a financial landmark in Chongqing as well as in China in the future.
As a well-known landmark in chongqing, jiefangbei is a traditional place for chongqing citizens celebrating the christmas.
On the christmas eve, thousands of people get together to jiefangbei, screaming and cheering. “snowflakes” flying all over the sky, bright neon lighting, the shopping center at day becomes a crazy Carnival. At last christmas eve, 180000 people gathered in jiefangbei which achieved a Guinness record. People counted down until midnight and listened to the bells. They waved inflatable sticks and chased each other. There was no difference between strangers and acquaintances. The only thing matters is enjoying the night. At that night, jiefangbei got surrounded by crowds and buzz. Everybody shared the joy of the crazy eve.
During the day, you can visit the beautiful scenery of the Yangtze river and shop. And at night, you will enjoy a joyful Carnival. It will becomes a really special experience.
