7 day Seattle/Vancouver trip

We woke up at 3:00am for the 7:00am flight from BWI. We arrived at SeaTac airport at 9:30 am Seattle time. GPS directions we were given took us 30 minutes south in the wrong direction. We got to our hotel at 12:30 at the Quality Inn and Suites on Aurora Ave ($89/night). It was close to the Space Needle.  Since we were early, we were not able to check in so we left our car and walked to the park by the Space Needle.  There was a Folklife  Festival going on in the area surrounding the Space Needle. We bought tickets to go up in the needle and then Kofi got to do enjoy some of the Carnival rides. After that, we went up the Space Needle and then checked out the different activities that were going on (live bands, food stalls, art booths etc). We went back to the hotel to check in and then drove to the Pike Street market place which was closed so then we walked down to one of the Piers and took some pictures.
