Beach get-a-way '09

Yeah!  Got up and got the car loaded and the DVD players ready.  Man, it's hot!!  Met Pat in town and got some breakfast.  We were headed out around 9 am, exactly the time I wanted to get going.  We got to Bay Minnette around 12:30, we detoured around a train on some tracks and took a different route that added a few miles, but it was okay!  We got to Lamberts Cafe III a little before 2 pm and only had a ten minute wait to be seated.  We ordered and again all left with a full belly.  The food was good as usual.

We got to the condo at 3:10.  I really did like having an assigned parking space that was covered.  The kids were ready to swim but I had to pick up the parking pass and go to WalMart, of course.  When we got back we went down to the pool and let the kids swim.  The pool was not really big, but it was not so very crowded.  We walked down to the ocean and got our feet wet.  The sunset is always pretty.  We finally crashed about 10:30 pm after we decided who was gonna sleep where.  Sweet Dreams.
