Moscow June 2007

On the first day we mostly walked around the city near our apartment, and visited family. We started off by walking by the Moscow State University where my mom went to school. We took some time at an overlook that had a great (if slightly smoggy) view of the city. In the evening we took a train to visit my grandmother in Korolev.








This was a great sign. There were three of them, and I love the fact that it implies that pedestrians are going to be *running* across the street, not walking. Someone else said it looked like a parent trying to catch a child. In any case - amusing. There were three of then close together in this part of the street.
