Took this trip back in Spring 2004. I remember it was a cold day even though the sun was up and shining. Anyhow, it was a fun trip.
First stop, Mystery Spot. The drive up there wasn't too bad. There was a stretch of winding road but it wasn't difficult at all. Just don't go too fast.
The Mystery Spot is a fun place for the family. I don't want to spill too much about this place. You have to go find out for yourself! :)

Next, the Broadwalk. Admission is free. You just have to pay for the rides you want to ride on. I personally like the lift the best. It is very relaxing to ride the lift and enjoy the view around you.
Some rides are truly enjoyable and the Giant Dipper is one of them. The Fireball is pretty terrifying if you want a good spin!
Tips for future travelers: Bring a jacket even during the summer months, just in case. In general, the weather in the Northern California beaches is much colder than the Southern California beaches.
