My first trip on a plane wasn’t too bad. I got a window seat like I wanted and the view was great even though we were sitting on the wing and it blocked a little. I got a a little nauseous half way through the flight but a Dramamine cured that quick enough. We landed right on time and caught a cab to the hotel. It was beautiful but I hated it. If we had paid for it I would have been highly disgusted. The price was between 300 and 500 per night depending on which night you stayed. At that price you would think to get all the perks but everything was outrageous. It even cost 15 to use the wi-fi for one day! The mini-bar priced a $.99 bag of chips at $5, room service peanut butter and jelly cost 12 + 3 delivery+ %20 gratuity, we spent 54 bucks on a burger w/ fries and a bowl of pasta w 2 sprites at a restaurant down stairs! We also couldn’t smoke in the room but that was law not the hotels fault. Disgusted we went to bed early to start early tomorrow.
Ok this trip has alot of purposes. First it was a gift for my fiances from work. He met a million mile goal driving a semi. 7 days all expences paid! 2 we decides to use this trip as our honeymoon even if we don't plan on getting married till july, then again we may just elope while we're there. I am so excited! I got to see the ocean for the first time 4 months ago and now I get to spend a whole week by it!
