Day 1
Our first day
Well. . .the day finally arrived. We left from IAH airport and flew to Knoxville, TN on Saturday, 05/16/09. We rented a car, hooked the GPS up and made our way over to Gatlinburg, TN. Upon arrival, as we were getting into Gatlinburg, the traffic was a nightmare. The 2009 Arts and Crafts Fair was in full swing. The hotel where we stayed was the River Terrace Resort, which was in a GREAT location. In fact, it is located on the street where the Arts and Crafts Fair was being held.
