Sonoma 2009

Have you ever heard of a Jacuzzi pool? I mean that hot, bubbly pool that will take away all your sore and relax your body? It is invented by a member of the Jacuzzi family, but that's not all. They also have a magical knack for producing great wine. We find that out at the winery. The winery is located just at the southern edge of Sonoma County. If you happen to live in San Francisco/Bay area, this will be just a very short ride from where you are (in comparison to most other wineries).

Jacuzzi Winery boasts not only a beautifully architectured chateau, but it is also adjacent to an Olive Press (which I presume is managed by the same institution). You can try various kinds of olive oil from EVOO to EEVOO to infused olive oil. [BTW, can anybody tell me how many degree of virginity there is for an olive oil? (tapping my head...) ;-P] At the back of the chateau, you will also find a nice and wide open space overlooking a valley. Right in the middle of that, you will find a Roman fountain.

I also has a terrace on the second floor overlooking the courtyard. There is also a tower at one of the corner of the courtyard. Arian music in the background just keeps on playing throughout the time we are there. I suppose if we stay long enough, we could confuse this as a place somewhere in Tuscany. ;-)
