Day 01 Tashkent
Arrival in Tashkent International Airport. You will be met by your personal guide and driver and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. Welcome dinner.

Day 02 Tashkent-Urgench
Tashkent is cultural and economic center of uzbekistan. Today we'll discover the Old City: Hast Imam Complex which consists of Medreseh Barakkhan, Friday Mosque Tello Shayh and the Mausoleum of Kaffal Shashi. Visit the coloful exotic old bazaar ”Chorsu” and shop for souvenirs in the bazaars and watch craftsman at work. Visit Independence square and the Navoi Theatre, which have beautiful fountains and lots of green trees around them. We'll get a true taste of every day life. This evening we fly to Urgench. Accommodation.

Day 03 Khiva
Drive to Khiva. Sightseeing tour in fairy-tale city Khiva. It is one of the popular World Heritage Sites of Silk Road. Explore antiquities of Ichan Kala (Old City): Ata –Darvaza, Kalta Minar, majestic blue-tiled Tower from the XIX century, Medreseh Mohammad Aminkhan and Khodja Islam, Kunya Ark (Ancient Citadel), Tash Hauli Palace (Stone yard, with view of the palace's harem-women's quarter), Caravanserai ( traditional inn for travelling merchants), Juma mosque with 200 wooden beautiful pillars. Dinner panoramic view of Khiva on moonlight. Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 04 Urgench-Bukhara
Early breakfast.Sightseeing day drive to Bukhara (450 km) through Kizilkum desert which was the main Silk Road that connected East with West, stop at the yurts and have nice picnic in local Chaykhana (tea-house), Photo opportunity near Amu Darya (Oxus River), one of the biggest rivers of Central Asia. Arrival in Bukhara.

Day 05 Bukhara
Bukhara, one of the most ancient and incredible cities in the world. This is another World Heritage Site.Visit Labi Khaus Complex ("the complex around the pond"), Nadir Divan Begi Khanaka (old hotel for merchants). Labi Khaus pond dates from the XVIIth century when it was the principal source of water. Enjoy tea in an ancient Chaykhana (Tea house), near the the sculpture of humorist Khodga Nasriddin. The demostration of national costumes in Fayzullo Khodjaev's house. The sightseeing continues with trade domes of money changers, hat sellers, silk, carpets, puppets and jewelry, Magoki Attari site which was originally a Zoroastrian temple, Abdulazizkhan Madreseh with its sandali (old version of house heating), Poi-Kalon Ensemble with the greatest minaret of Central Asia. Discover ancient winter residence of local rulers from the first century which is located near Bolo Khaus Mosque.Dinner and Folklore show featuring local dancers, singers and fashion stars.

Day 06 Bukhara
Today you will visit magnificent Summer Residence of Last Bukhara Emirs “Sitorai Mohi-Khossa“ (The Palace of Moon and Stars) and Chor Minor Minarets. Your afternoon is at your leisure.

Day 07 Bukhara-Samarkand
Golden Road to Samarkand (300 km). ) through Rabota Malik chul (desert). Stop at the Gizhduvan School of ceramics for introduction to the process of producing ceramics and workshop. Arrival in Samarkand. Enjoy your stay in ancient paradise.Samarkand is the city with more than 3000 years history. It was the site of the marriage of Alexander the Great to the local princess Roxana. Sightseeing tour to Registan Square, the main attraction of Samarkand and an impressive place for holding the world’s finest old and modern music festivals and holidays.

Day 08 Samarkand
Full day exploration in ancient Samarkand.Ulugbek’s Observatory (he was a scientist, astronomer and architect of the XVth century) whose scientific and astronomic discoveries greatly advanced knowledge in these fields, Shahi Zinda Ensemble – ancient necropolis, Bibi Khanum Complex and Guri Emir Mausoleum. Dinner. Laser show in Registan Square.

Day 09 Samarkand-Shakhrisabz
Sightseeing day drive to Shahrisabz (150 km.), the birthplace of Amir Temur. Visit ancient ruins in Summer Residence "Ak-Saroy” , the Mosque Khazrati Imom, blue-tiled Kok Gumbaz. Return to Samarkand.

Day 10 Samarkand
Photo opportunities from the highest point of Samarkand. Visit local bazaars and handicraft center. Enjoy the traditional food in Uzbek family. Drive to Tashkent. Stopping near the "gate" of Amur Temur where two mountain ranges meet. Opportunity to photograph two great mountain ranges of Uzbekistan and see the ancient river stream.

Day 11 Tashkent.

Transfer to the Tashkent Airport for your departure for your home country.

We travelled to Uzbekistan and Turkey for 2 weeks. While Turkey had wonderful and famous sights, shopping and food, Uzbekistan was the highlight. Imagine watching a documentary on the country, its monuments and people. Well, being there in person was just like that, only better.
