Visiting Kids and Grandkids

Our flight was on time and first  class.  The four and a half hours went rather quickly.  We picked up our Nissan Murano and headed to our Holiday Inn Express Suite in Tacoma.  It's a nice enough place, but the internet connectivity is preventing me from uploading photos so I'm in the lobby writing this journal entry while trying to keep one eye on Kona who's making the hotel auto door open  and close, sticking his finger in the fountain and now has climbed into a chair and is playing with the other computer.  We had cold water only this morning for Jan to wash her hair but we're supposed to have hot water in ten minutes.  Kona's now playing with the ATM and now back at the ddor and a little friend has showed up to watch him.

After checking into the hotel and doing a little unpacking, we picked up Carla and Kona and brought them back to the room so they could unpack.  Then we went to the Tacoma Mall and finally found Kona some black shoes to wear to Shrek on Stage.  While we were waiting for a table at Olive Garden we got Kona some pool toys.  Dinner was delicious and then we all ended up in the hot tub with squirt guns till we got tired and called it a night at midnight our time.  Now we're trying to get ready to go to Mt Rainier and it's cold.
