Traveling to FLW's Home State of Wisconsin from Iowa
We travel to Frank Lloyd Wright’s home state of Wisconsin and experience some of his most groundbreaking architectural designs.
The trip begins morning of Wednesday August 6th leaving from Davenport, Iowa traveling to Madison, Wi ( 163 miles driving time 3 hrs )
Starting afternoon August 6th we visit Unitarian Meeting House and Monona Terrace, a convention center in Madison designed by Wright in 1938 and finally constructed in 1997.. Also hope to see the Wisconsin's State Capitol Building.. and stop at Essen Haus for a bite to eat .
