I finally got to sleep in a day. One of the things I was looking forward to most. I haven't got to sleep in in quite some time. It was pretty nice. After waking up we sit around for a little while, made some sandwiches, watched a little TV. Then we all decided to go out to Myrtle Beach Flea Market. That place was huge, all kinds of different little vendors. It had lots of souvenirs, T-Shirts, and other normal flea market stuff. We wound up getting us a hot dog to eat there before we left, it was actually a really tasty hot dog. After that, Mandie and I split off from everyone else and went driving around. She's never been here before, so I drove her up Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach so she could see what it's like. From there we made our way back to the Tanger Outlets, we stopped there to get mom her Mother's Day gift and do a little other shopping too. We started on our way back to the hotel after that, but spotted a Waves souvenir shop that had easy access in and out, so we stopped to look there for a photo album and just to see what else they had. From Waves we returned straight to the hotel.

Once back at the hotel we got ready to go set on the beach for a while. This day just wasn't beach weather at all. When we first woke up it was raining and storming. It was cloudy for a long time that day. By the time we had went out running around and come back, the weather had looked like it cleared up. We found out once we stepped foot on the beach that we were mistaken. The wind was blowing something awful, kicking the sand up all over the place. We found a few sea shells and neat looking rocks. We stayed out maybe an hour.

After that it was getting to be supper time. So we all went out to eat at T.G.I.Friday's and ate. I had a Bruchetta Chicken Spaghetti thing, I wasn't too sure about it at first, but it was really great. I wouldn't mind having that again. Our waitress there was a little no count, but I guess it was busy that day and she was tired. I think everyone was pretty satisfied with the food they ate that morning though. After dinner we headed back toward the hotel again, got caught in some heavy traffic for a while. We were looking for a good ice cream shop, but we couldn't move around in traffic any to get to one. So we just made our way to the hotel and stayed in the rest of the evening.
