We had a great time -- even though the weather was not cooperative. It was FREEZING the entire time that we were there. We arrived on Tuesday and even though our group of 26 was split - thanks to the security at BNA/Nashville airport. We all eventually made it to Cambridge.
We arrived at our hotel - it was very nice actually. The rooms are large and have lots of natural light coming. I had a corner room - so that might have had something to do with it. I was in a junior suite - which means that it had a full kitchenette - which if I was in Cambridge for a long time I would have used. I just didn't have time to grocery shop. :)
The hotel does offer a full continental breakfast - and also a hospitality hour in the evening. So, if you are on a budget - you can get two meals a day for free. The food is okay - not anything fancy - but good.
The Freedom Trail Tour - which by the way is in the book 1,000 places to see before you die - is fantastic. It was one of the best parts of our trip. It was VERY cold but if you bundle up - you will be fine.
