Wed 06/18/08 (day 1)

The Journey of 1000 miles begins with one step... or is it 5000 miles?

Well, this is the first draft of our plans to drive from our home in Torbay Newfoundland to Abbotsford BC this summer. We need to be there for the first Monday in July so portions of our trip will be night drives just to get it over with (like the many 14 hour stretches through Ontario!) If anyone has any suggestions for things to see and do along the way, please let us know! We are also planning the return trip so we're saving some things for along the way back home.
