Chandler's Wharf, an upmarket shopping mall in a restored warehouse, is typi cal of the area's revitalization, while the Cotton Exchange, 321 N Front St, sells crafts and food in a group of buildings that housed a grain mill, warehouse and cotton business. The blocks back from the waterfront are lined with quirky thrift shops and memorabilia troves.
The first and only locally owned authentic ghost walk in Wilmington, this 90 minute journey takes you into the depths of Old Wilmington and includes locally renowned actors and ghost hunters. There are 20 active sites featured and the tour varies nightly.
