We are an expat-operated outdoor adventure club based in Shanghai. Travel Shanghai-Biking at Dianshan Lake
It's not your father's Dianshan!
| Route Description: Join us as we meet up in front of the Bohdi Store, load up our bikes, get into our vans and escape the confines of Shanghai! We will drive for about 45min to 1 hour to the world famous in the Shanghai area Dianshan lake where we will kick off a nice day of relaxing riding! The ride starts with a cruise through 2 local semi abandoned yet still really pretty lake side parks packed full of quiet paths, bamboo grooves, wooden huts and temples…After this quiet area we head south of the lake circling through some of the local fishing villages and farm fields—small bridges, fish farms and some quiet single track await with us stopping for lunch along edge of the lake! For the way back we hit the road for a couple ks to let those that want open up a bit as we make it back to the van and then head home!
