- walk the strip at night (Bellagio Fountains Show, Mirage Volcano Show, TI Pirates Show, etc.)

Skip Margaritaville...good food, but too many other excellent choices. Try Isla at TI, if you like Mexican. Plus, it is just a short distance from Margaritatville. I also like Circo at Bellagio. I have been to all of your other selections...I like most of them. If you have never been to the Rio's buffet, you have to try it. Otherwise, I wouldn't go.
