Is it advisable to go to Egypt in April. I've heard about the sand storms - khamsin that could disrupt all sight-seeign activities. We will be in cairo for a day and plan to do the Nile river ruise from Aswan to Luxor.

im planning a trip to johannesburg and king williams town in south africa on dec 2009 and will spend christmas & new year there then after new year will proceed to cairo and will stay for 5 days then go back to philippines where i come from.
