Transportation

We started the day with a relaxing train ride down to sunny San Diego...truly a great way to get down there. After the painful process of getting picked up by the rental car company (hint...avoid the hotel circle Budget office) we were on our way.
First stop was Seaport Village for lunch and some light shopping. From there we were off for a drive over the Coronado Bridge and a trip to the hotel to poke around. Sadly no ghost sightings.
We checked into the hotel and took a short break to nap and freshen up. Soon we were off to dinner in the Gaslamp district. Margaritas and mexican food at La Fiesta made for a pleasant evening.
After a short drive along Shelter Island we were ready to call it a night.
