I booked everything via Alaska Airlines and their partner Worldwide Travel Exchange. The flight was probably the easiest part of booking this trip. I became a MVP with Alaska Airlines just after Thanksgiving, so called to see if I could upgrade any portion of my flight. Wow, first class from Seattle to Cabo. That made the trip even more special.
The trips I booked through WWTE have vouchers that you have to print out, and then had to "redeem" them by calling long distance to pick a date and time for my activities. This became frustrating due to the time difference.
One of my vouchers was for scuba diving...turns out you can't go if you are not certified. Well, that should have been a question they asked prior to taking your money. Turns out there is a no refund policy. So they exchanged my scuba trip for transportation to and from the airport. VERY EXPENSIVE exchange. Not happy with it, but that was supposedly my fault for not checking the details prior to purchase.

Just made sure I had confirmation codes on nearly all of my vouchers. Gray Line Customer service was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. From experience with Gray Line in Alaska, I know I paid more for my trips but there is accountability if something goes wrong.
The other two vouchers are through local companies and with the time zone difference I know that I will have to call them before I start work in the morning.
