Did anyone take a train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai? I don't really mind the cost, would love to stay in one of those luxury trains. The thing I concern is the view. Could we get some great views from the train and is there any stop during the way or non-stop at all? Could people working on the train speak acceptable English?
