We transitioned from trekking to bike up to Gemini Bridges for CP4. We would gain ~ 5500 feet vertical gain on this 31.73 mile leg.
After arriving at CP7 we transitioned and prepared ourselves for a paddle/trek/paddle/trek to CP13.
We continued down the Colorado River to CP8 for 5.74 miles. At CP8 we transition to trek east along a jeep trail past Jackson Hole
up Jackson's Ladder to Jackson's trail to Pritchett Canyon to CP9. We covered 15.78 miles and ~4000 feet of vertical gain. Jackson's Ladder
was thrilling since it required us to scramble from the canyon up a rock face ~600 vertical feet in less than a mile.
We had a short 1.3 mile paddle from CP11 to CP12. We took 4 hours and crashed at the boat take-out before the ~7 mile trek to CP13/TA.
We then traveled from CP13 to CP25 by bike for 43.31 miles and ~5700 feet of vertical gain.
That completed our travels for day two.
