Can you tell me how long it would take to drive from Salzburg to Sarajevo?

it depends on what route you take. I have driven from Salzburg to Cres in the north of Croaia in a day. You will then need to go through Croatia and into Bosnia. If you take the coact raod, another day. But be careful at the Bosnian boarder it could take some time
