For Prague, we stayed at Residence Belehradska 35 which was a great residence and I absolutely enjoyed my stay there. I found this place from TripAdvisor, after checking all the reviews, I contacted the residence directly. They were very responsive and helpful. They even provided car pick-up & drop-off services from airport/train station (for a reasonable price). My review posted on TripAdvisor after my trip:
It was my first time in Prague, I picked this residence after reading all the reviews at TripAdvisor and I have proven those reviews were all TRUE. The people at this residence were very professional and extremely helpful. The moment we got in, they helped us to photocopy our passports and told us to bring only the copied document out for safety reasons (which has proven later on to be very useful). They gave us maps and showed us where the tram stop was (which located just right across our place), and where to get off etc. Location was quite alright, a bit off the main area, but was only a few tram stops away, absolutely managable. We even walked to the Charles Bridge along the river from the residence. It wasn't too long of a walk and the scenery along the river was good! The room was spacious, bright and very clean, with kitchen, dining table and even a safe. There is also free internet & computer. Although this was not a hotel but service was definitely 5 star, they were very nice and professional, speaking good English. I highly recommend them. Please keep in mind they do not clean the room nor change towels during your stay (again, this is NOT a hotel).
