Arriving Madrid

We would arrive at around 11am.  should take a taxi down to the hotel, which is on Diagnol and fairly close to Puerta de  Sol, which we would make as our first stop.  We follow the walk suggested by Rick Stevens, starting off rom Puerta de Sol towards the Royal Place, visiting Plaza Mayor on the way.
